How Do I Get Started?

Get started by sending a picture of your storefront, along with your design preferences and any logos you want to include. Next, our team will take care of everything, creating a free design, providing a quote, and sharing all the details needed to move forward with your sign.

Follow these simple steps to receive your free drawing and price quote:

  • First: Take a straight-on picture of your storefront, making sure the door is visible. This allows our software to accurately scale the area where your sign will be placed. Also, include the width of your door in inches.

  • Next: Select your design! Browse our Generic Cloud Styles page or share your own creative vision. If you have a logo, send it over!
  • Finally: Submit your photo, design, and logo.

Text your photo to 985-626-1642 with your name, email, and phone number.

Email your logos to info@louisianasignfactory.com. For the best quality, send the highest resolution version—preferably in AI or EPS format. Although a .jpg file works for quotes, we require high-resolution images for production.

Once we receive your information, our team immediately begins creating your custom sign design. Then, we send you a detailed quote, typically within 24 hours, ensuring a fast and efficient process.

What Happens After I Receive My Quote?

After we finalize the design, we send you an email that includes a visual mock-up of your sign on your building, detailed pricing, and clear next steps. Then, you have the opportunity to review everything and decide whether to move forward with your order. This process ensures transparency and gives you full control before production begins.

Do I Need to Pay Upfront?

Yes, to start the sign-making process, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due either upon installation or when the sign is ready to ship, whichever comes first.

How Long Will It Take to Complete My Sign?

Our typical production time is 21 working days, not including shipping time. Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, and holidays and weekends are not counted.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

What If I Need a Temporary Sign While I Wait for My Custom Sign?

When you purchase a new lighted sign from us (such as Channel Letters, Halo Back-Lit Channel Letters, or Cabinet Signs), we’ll give you a FREE 3′ x 12′ PREMIUM BANNER to use as temporary signage. This offer helps keep your business visible while we create your new sign!

We will ship the banner within three business days of receiving your deposit via UPS ground services.

Can I Customize My Sign Design?

Absolutely! Our team designs completely custom signs based on your specifications. Moreover, we collaborate with you throughout the process to ensure your sign accurately reflects your brand, colors, and style.
